Our promise
This is a family site. We collect only what we need to plan the reunion and keep the family connected, and we never sell or rent your information.
What we collect
- RSVPs: name, email, attendance status, guest count, and any dietary or accessibility notes you share.
- Volunteer signups: contact details, the areas you can help with, availability, and whether you opted in to email updates.
- Accounts: your email, display name, and approval status.
- Photos & submissions: the images and text you upload for the gallery or family history.
- Purchases: order details, sizes, and shipping or contact information. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we do not receive or store your card number.
How we use it
To plan headcounts, meals, and volunteer assignments; to fulfill orders and dues; to publish approved photos and updates; and to send you reunion news and confirmations when you have asked for them. Marketing-style emails go only to people who opted in, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who can see it
RSVPs, volunteer signups, orders, and account details are visible only to reunion administrators. Public pages show only what has been approved for publication, such as gallery photos, events, updates, and scholar spotlights. We share data with service providers who run our hosting, database, email, and payments, and only as needed to operate the site.
Children & families
Information about children (such as a child's t-shirt size or a photo) should be submitted only by a parent or guardian. Ask us and we will remove any photo of your family from the public gallery.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your RSVP, volunteer signup, account, or photos at any time, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. We keep information only as long as it is useful for reunion planning and family records.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential browser storage to keep the site working — signing you in, remembering a form in progress, and saving your cookie choice. With your permission we also record anonymous view counts (for example, how many times a scholar profile is opened) so we can see what the family enjoys. These counts are not tied to your name or email, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You choose when you first visit, and you can change your mind anytime with the link in the footer. Choosing “Essential only” turns analytics off; the rest of the site keeps working.
